Paperless Publishing continues to grow and has a great opportunity for a Web Developer.  This is a new role with Paperless Publishing, a stable, fast growing publisher company in the UTC area. This is a perfect fit for innovative self-starters who enjoy autonomy and moving fast to solve challenging customer problems with technology.


What You’ll Be Doing

  • Creating and updating websites for internal and external customers primarily using HTML/CSS/Javascript/Vue.JS/Node/C#
  • Leading development initiatives to enhance the core technology and improve customer experiences
  • Troubleshooting customer issues


An Ideal Candidate Looks Like This

  • 2+ years’ experience on a professional development team
  • Passion about producing elegant, maintainable code.  You know when the quick and dirty solution is appropriate and when it’s not.
  • Passionate about technology and innovation
  • Web Development: solid JavaScript, HTML, and CSS skills as well as experience with one or more JavaScript Frameworks: Angular, React, Vue, etc)
  • Experience with Node.js and knowledge of the nature of asynchronous programming and its quirks and workarounds
  • Experience creating and consuming web services (REST)
  • Experience with C#.Net is required
  • Creating and modifying wordpress themes is a plus
  • Professional working knowledge of one of the major object-oriented languages: C#, C++, Java
  • B.S. degree in Computer Science or related field
  • Ease working in a small team collaboratively using Agile/Scrum methodology
  • Solid knowledge of software development methodologies and best practices
  • Entrepreneurial and passionate about growing a company (not just taking a job)
  • Willing to wear many hats and collaborate with non-technical types

Main Function: Paperless Publishing, is seeking a highly motivated and skilled recent grad to join its editorial team as an associate editor. This junior-level position will have proofreading and editing responsibilities as well as lend support to the management of the company’s Web site.

What you’ll be doing

  • Edit and review multiple books submissions over a wide range of niches.
  • Proofread and edit internal and external marketing materials.
  • Identify content for marketing and emails.



  • College degree required
  • Excellent proofreading skills; knowledge of AMA style a plus
  • Ability to accurately edit content, while maintaining a conversational tone
  • Ability to learn new technologies quickly
  • Excellent organization and time-management skills to meet tight deadlines
  • Ability to work as a team player

What You’ll Need to Succeed:

  • Typing 40 wpm
  • Experience using Microsoft Office products
